Shipping & Delivery
At Mori & Cup, we carefully pack every order to help ensure your tableware arrives safely.
We currently ship to customers in the United States.
Standard Shipping
- Shipping fee: $9.99
- Free shipping on orders of $200 or more
- Estimated delivery: 10–15 business days
Orders are shipped from China using our international shipping partners. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Expedited Shipping
- Shipping fee: $29.99
- Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days
Expedited shipping is available for customers who prefer faster delivery.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, weather, transportation disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customs & Import Fees
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import fees depending on applicable regulations.
If such charges apply, they may be the responsibility of the recipient. Mori & Cup does not control customs clearance times or the final amount of any applicable import charges.
Damaged Items
Because many of our products are ceramic and fragile, we take extra care when packing your order.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at seasuny.co@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the packaging and shipping label
We will review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
